Although we are established at a very select location with an equally select décor, we have chosen to offer space at “market rates” and offer a wide range of services free of charge (ALL IN).

Certain optional extras, however, are offered because a business can be faced at any time with sudden needs, often of short duration (OPTIONS).

We cover all the costs and guarantee a degree of flexibility that renders space at Le Manoir des Offices less expensive to rent and more comfortable than conventional office space in town. With this formula you are able to concentrate on your business.

OPTIONS

Under certain circumstances, businesses may need temporary assistance:

  • staff sick or absent
  • foreign travel
  • temporary hike in secretarial or other work
  • desire not to have a secretariat of their own
  • organisation of events for your business
  • occasional accounting support in the absence of your internal accountant
  • etc.

OUR CHARGES

In calculating our prices we have taken account of various factors:

We have compared our prices with all our competitors in Brussels. We are not the cheapest, nor are we by any means the most expensive.

We have taken account of many in-house diversified services that our competitors do not offer.

3.

We offer an extremely luxurious, yet discrete décor.

4.

Our “ALL IN” package is extremely comprehensive.

To compare your “ALL IN” rental cost, take for example the most conventional solution where you would have to pay:

  • the rent for your office
  • a lease of at least three years at the same premises
  • property tax
  • water, gas, electricity
  • rental insurance
  • business rates
  • maintenance costs
  • wages for reception or secretarial staff which you might not need on a full-time basis
  • in-house accountancy if you choose to lighten your administrative structure
  • the ability to receive your customers in luxurious surroundings
  • the ability to organise events for your business
  • access to specialist legal and auditing services in general.
